In accordance with the federal Privacy Act, Dualicom is committed to protecting the personal information you provide through electronic forms and questionnaires on this website. Dualicom only collects personal information needed to administer its programs and activities.

At the time of collection, you will be asked for your consent and advised of the purpose for which the information is being collected. The personal information you provide will only be used with your consent and, moreover, only for the purposes to which you have agreed.

Each time you visit our website, non-identifying information is automatically collected. This includes information collected through the use of cookies, which are pieces of data created by a web server. There are two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.

Dualicom’s secure online applications use session cookies to improve site navigation as well as your online experience. Dualicom uses external service providers to operate and administer our websites and computer systems.
